Why is it a Seller's market? Well as we all know prices were at an all time low but that's not the case in today's market. Homes in Woodbridge, VA this time last year were selling for an average of $238,853 they are now selling at an average of $244,131. That's an average of $5,278 higher!!! Not only are prices rising but 17% more homes are selling this year than last year. I'm not saying to sell your home today because it's too soon to tell but with the way things are looking it's a great hope for homeowners!
