What's with the Market..

I'm pretty sure that you have heard from random people that it is impossible for anyone to sell their home right now.  Many people think that real estate is horrible. They think that homes aren’t selling, short sales suck, and who has the money right now to buy a home, but of course none of this is true, well to be more accurate, none of that is true here in Woodbridge VA. The economy is struggling, yes, but if you go to the mall right now, I bet you couldn’t tell that it was. Here’s what’s REALLY GOING ON in Woodbridge VA.


There are plenty of buyers looking to purchase a home in Woodbridge VA. The problem is that there isn’t enough inventory to supply all of the buyers looking to purchase a home. It’s called supply and demand. Since there is so much demand for the supply (homes), prices are rising and have been since the beginning of this year. It is actually a SELLERS MARKET right now!!! Why, because since so many people are bidding for the same home, the home ends up selling for more than it was originally listed for or just under it.


The bank has definitely approved on the whole process of short sales and in my opinion, has become a homeowners best option if they're underwater. Now, is it a good time to sell your home...? “HECK NO, ARE YOU CRAZY”. But if you find yourself in a position where you feel you have no choice, rest assured that your home will have no problem selling in this market……unless you have an incompetent real estate agent representing you..Lol
