   Investing in Real Estate without Realtor is like going into surgery without a surgeon. It makes no sense. Don't be foolish, get a Realtor. A Realtor will be able to do calculations for you to let you know what homes have been going for in the particular area you're trying to invest in. They will also be able to inform you on how much prices have depreciated or appreciated. Doing these calculations correctly takes time, skill, and knowledge. Realtors not only know the numbers, but they know the market! Realtors are professionals and know what they're doing. And on top of that, a realtor cost you NOTHING!!!Don't play the Realtor role unless you are one.

   Understand the Ways to Profit from Real Estate Investment!
   There are multiple ways to earn a profit with real estate such as, renters, home appreciation, even equity build up.  What ever your plan is, make sure you understand the in's and out's of they entire process.  Also, make sure you have a back door escape, just in case things turn sour.

   Know the Downfalls – Be Careful with Leverage!
   Purchasing a property with little or no down payment can sound great! But there are major downfalls to this strategy. Though it can have a place in your Real Estate investing plan, make sure you understand the risk.
